PARCEL Property will put its unique mobile land sales offices to work after being engaged by the Department of Communities as the selling agent for Jindowie Estate in Yanchep.

General Manager Jeremy Cordina said despite the challenges of the Perth property market, there was significant potential for growth in sales in Perth’s northern coastal corridor.

“It is well recognised that Yanchep is set to be one of Perth’s major growth centres as part of the expected surge associated with major government infrastructure projects, bolstering the attractiveness of the region,” he said.

“In particular, the METRONET Yanchep Rail Extension, with early works scheduled to begin late this year, is going to lay the groundwork for major expansion.

“Jindowie Estate offers a unique opportunity for families wanting to enjoy coastal living at affordable prices as well as linking residents to employment opportunities closer to the CBD as the northern corridor public transport transformation rolls out.

“It boasts an already established community and existing amenities including parks, playgrounds and a BMX track.”

Parcel Property has broken new ground in the Perth land sales market with the introduction of mobile land sales offices that deliver convenience and superior customer service to prospective buyers.

“While the onsite sales centre will remain at Jindowie, we see major opportunities to grow sales through the use of our mobile service,” Mr Cordina said.

“The Parcel Property Vans are especially useful to busy buyers who we know face the challenge of juggling work and family commitments.

“This means the era of property sales visitations being limited to weekends are well and truly behind us because we can go direct to the buyer at their home with the mobile sales vans allowing them to sit quietly and access all the information they need without having to travel.

“Since launching late last year, the vans have covered thousands of kilometres meeting people at their homes, workplaces or other convenient locations – this shows buyers are really embracing this new approach.

“We look forward to extending this valuable sales tool to drive the success of Jindowie.”
