Over the weekend of competition, he won four gold medals, one silver and broke three records.

The first was the 1500m freestyle where he took 25 seconds off the 11-year-old all comers state record, which had been standing for 20 years, to finish in 17 minutes and 56 seconds.

He then went on to break another two records in the 200m freestyle to now hold the 11-year-old state all time and residential records.

The residential record had also been in place for 20 years.
