Chance to give hockey a go

Staff ReporterWanneroo Times

The club’s Hockey 4 All program is aimed at young people of all abilities and backgrounds who would like to learn more about hockey.

‘It offers kids that wouldn’t normally get the opportunity to play hockey (the chance) to give it a go,’ Joondalup Lakers junior co-ordinator Sally Mildenhall said.

Mrs Mildenhall said the program is suitable for children in years 5 to 12 who may have never played sport before, find it hard to commit to attending training sessions and games every week, or those with disabilities.
