Facility to be a giant help

Currently, the club shares a pitch with the Joondalup Brothers Rugby Union Club at Arena Joondalup, but the upgrade of Admiral Park means the club can now base itself at the Heathridge oval, preventing training and match schedule conflicts.

The new building, which includes refurbished changerooms, meeting space, kitchen facility and storage areas, will also be used by tenant clubs Ocean Ridge Junior Cricket Club and Whitfords and Districts Senior Cricket Club, as well as for community-based meetings and activities.

‘The City contributed over $900,000 to complete this much-needed community facility and worked closely with local clubs that will use this new centre,’ Joondalup Mayor Troy Pickard said.
