TWO of Australia’s best young solo riders are headed to Pinjar Park for the 2014-15 season opener this Saturday night.

Rob Branford, of South Australia, and former road racing champion turned speedway racer Brodie Waters, of Victoria, will make the trip west for the Chum Taylor and Dennis Nash Foundation Cup, competing in the senior 500cc solo division.

Part proceeds will go towards sending Speedway Motorcycle Club WA (SMCWA) members interstate for Australian championship events.

The event will also include junior solos and sidecars. Racing from 5pm, with the main program at 7pm.
