Locals power ahead in championships

In muddy conditions for round four in Chidlow, Harvey battled with Seth Clark in every race, with Clark winning each time.

But it was not enough to give him the series lead, with Harvey on 262 overall and Clark third on 170. Seann Arrowsmith is coming second on 201.

Another rider doing the northern suburbs proud is Regan Duffy, who leads the 85cc/150cc nine to under-12 division. He won round four with two wins and a second to take his total to 294 points, followed by Corben Weinert on 236 and Jai Gimenez on 201.

Duffy is also competing in the 65cc seven to under-12s, where he is coming third on 226 points behind Weinert on 278 and Christian Silvestro on 238.

Despite not competing in round four, Iluka rider Caleb Grothues is still econd in the 100cc-125cc 13 to under-16s on 205 points, with Connor Tierney first on 262 and Jacob Schaafsma third on 203.

Grothues has now moved to fifth in the 85cc/150cc 12 to under-16s with 200 points, with Mat Fabry leading the class on 251 ahead of Mitchell Outram on 221 and Kurt Oinn on 210.

Tierney also leads the 128cc-150cc/250cc 15 years division on 297 followed by Liam Whisler on 251 and Stuart Eardley-Wilmot on 240.

Justin Hart leads the 128cc-150cc/250cc 13 to under-15s with a perfect 300 after winning all three races in all four rounds. Justin Walker is second on 250, just 10 points ahead of Billy Middleton.
