Metro Football League: Warwick Greenwood and Queens Park to face off in grand final

WARWICK Greenwood will play Queens Park this Sunday to determine this year’s Metro Football League premiers.

The Bulls won through to the grand final with a dramatic one-point win over Koongamia at Robinson Reserve last Sunday.

Matt Greenhouse, who had been off the ground with a head wound, was the hero, kicking a major on the final siren.

Warwick Greenwood won 14.13 (97) to 14.12 (96).

In division 2 this Sunday, Midland take on Dwellingup, who defeated Innaloo at the weekend, 10.10 (70) to 7.6 (48).

Innaloo had its score wiped in the second quarter when it was revealed it had 19 players on the oval.

The division 2 grand final is at noon and the firsts at 2.30pm at Robinson Reserve, Tuart Hill.
