“The INBA/PNBA Natural Olympia is the biggest natural bodybuilding show in the world.

“I won the amateur 40-plus, 50-plus age categories and overall masters gold medals in men’s physique.

“This meant I gained my prestigious PNBA Pro card and qualified me for the PNBA Pro show the following day.

“I bought home the silver medal in the masters physique (40-plus).”

The personal trainer said he returned to fitness four years ago after a 22-year break from the gym and trained for a physique competition two years ago, at which he won a gold medal and two third places.

“I have been training hard to prove age isn’t a barrier to getting in the best shape of your life,” he said.

“(I) decided to compete again this year, not only to take it to the next level, but to prove to my clients that I know it’s not easy when trying to lose weight.”
