Richards unfazed by Cummins

Ted HusseyWanneroo Times

Richards, undeterred by the appearance of Australian representative pace bowler Pat Cummins (pictured above) for the Demons, showed calm and concentration and was a big reason for the big quick bowling.

Wicketkeeper Christian Smith pitched in with 43, while John Rogers found a return to form with a well-made 40.

Perth, with 75 from Cummins, put up a formidable 224 in the one-day match, but with Richards holding sway Wanneroo lost just five wickets in scoring 225.
