Speaking at ECU Joondalup, the tough 24-year-old confirmed he was eyeing a comeback from the ankle injury that has sidelined him for more than two months.

‘The plan is for me to try to get myself right for September,’ he said.

‘I’m doing running sessions and a bit of kicking but at this stage I’m just taking it day by day.
