Western Australian Stars lacrosse team win against Victoria in Success

Four locals were in the under-15 national championship-winning West Australian Stars side, which defeated Victoria 10-7 in Success last month.

Ocean Reef’s Baillie-Rose Keenan, Duncraig’s Nicola Heron and Kinross’ Kirsten Smedley were part of the playing group, while Wanneroo’s Alana McKinlay coached the victorious team.

It was McKinlay’s last time as coach of the under-15 group.
