WANNEROO needs cheap wickets if it is to have any hope of toppling Gosnells on day two of the WA Premier Cricket clash tomorrow.

The 13th-placed Roos are defending 163 against the 10th-placed visitors, who finished the first day on 2-63 at Kingsway.

Rob Richards struck 38 as Wanneroo’s top scorer, with three of his teammates scoring 20 or more but none able to go on with the task.

Alistair Bivens was unbeaten on 23.
