WAFC rejects Falcons’ offer on Ch9 logo

The club made the suggestion as a compromise to issues between the Falcons’ Channel 9 sponsorship and broadcaster Channel 7.

In a statement to members on Tuesday night, chief executive David Crute said:

‘The club offered the WAFC and Channel 7 the opportunity to televise this match, however, the WAFC has rejected the offer on the basis that such a deal would amount to West Perth nominating which of its matches would be televised,’ he said.
