The Wolves contest a second double-header this weekend.

The Wolves dropped to fourth from second position after suffering their first loss of the season, 133-115 against the Buccaneers at Joondalup Basketball Stadium on Sunday.

The defeat followed an impressive victory over then-league leaders South West Slammers, who had been previously unbeaten in seven games before Joondalup trumped them 109-93 on Saturday at Eaton Recreation Centre.

Geraldton now leads the league, with the Slammers and Willetton ahead of the Wolves.

Joondalup faces Perth at home tomorrow night, before travelling to Wally Hagan Stadium to face the Cockburn Cougars on Saturday.
