Four musicals lined up

The Performance Season will be produced in conjunction with the Kwinana Industries Council and also includes Tommy, Sondheim's Side by Side and |Spamalot.

"Our Koorliny has been a star this last year, winning numerous arts awards and attracting over 25,000 people to the shows," KIC director Chris Oughton said.

General manager Ryan Taaffe said he was excited by the range of shows lined up.

"There is something for everyone, from well-known and much-loved Disney musicals to the more offbeat musical comedy like Spamalot," he said.

Mr Taaffe said the Weekend/Kwinana Courier would continue to remain on board as an associate partner.

Also announced at the launch was the resignation of Mr Taaffe.

Kate McIntosh will step into the general manager role.

Mr Taaffe will take on the executive officer role at CircuitWest from August 3.
