SECRET Harbour local Miranda Swann won $10,000 from hundreds of entries after taking part in a competition to celebrate the opening of the local Bendigo Community Bank branch.

“I never imagined when I entered that I might win the competition,” Ms Swann said.

“I have never won anything before in my life.”

Ms Swann won by making a purchase from the brand new Coles at Secret Harbour Square and completing an entry form.

Bendigo Bank Secret Harbour Community branch manager Bindi Gane said the bank had been privileged to be a part of the $10,000 giveaway to celebrate the opening of its new branch, thanks to Charter Hall.

“We are looking forward to becoming a part of the community and in turn giving back to local groups, event and sports clubs,” Ms Gane said.

Secret Harbour Square centre manager Andrew Page said he understood the financial stress many Australians were under with increases in the cost of living.

“We are so thrilled to have partnered with Secret Harbour Community Bank to be able to give back to the local community by providing Ms Swann with $10,000,” Mr Page said.
