It will be alleged the girl was at an address in Ridgewood in the early hours of August 3, when she contacted two men and the victim Peta Fairhead to attend the Ridgewood house.
On arrival, the three allegedly had personal items stolen while being threatened with weapons.
The girl has been charged with three counts of aggravated armed robbery and will appear before the Joondalup Children’s Court on September 6.
