Aaron Pajich murder: two women charged over death of teen

POLICE have charged two Orelia women with the murder of 18-year-old Aaron Pajich.

Major Crime Squad’ Detective Senior Sergeant Dave Gorton said Mr Pajich was found in a shallow grave under a new concrete slab at a home in Broughton Way, Orelia, on Monday night.

He also said one of the accused was a fellow student at the same Kwinana educational institution that Mr Pajich attended.

“On Sunday the 19th of June Major Crime Squad detectives joined the investigation into the disappearance of 18-year-old Aaron Pajich,” Detective Senior Seargeant Gorton told reporters.

“Aaron was last seen at the taxi rank of the Rockingham City shopping centre at about 10am on Monday the 13th of June.

“Those investigations led Major Crime Squad detectives to execute a search warrant at a premise in Broughton Way, Orelia, during the evening of Monday the 20th of June.

“During this search a newly laid concrete plate was located.

“The concrete was removed and the body of Aaron was found in a shallow grave.

“Two females, aged 42 and 25, who reside at the address have both been charged with Aaron’s murder and will appear in the Perth Magistrates Court tomorrow morning.”
