Accolades for Baldivis Post Office

BALDIVIS Post Office has been recognised for excellence in customer service.

The Baldivis branch was an Australia Post Licensee Award recipient.

Taking third place for the WA network, and first place for the southern region, Baldivis Post Office received the award for excellence in customer service and Post Office operations, as well as its contribution to the local community.

Australia Post state manager Donna Vecchio said the Baldivis Post Office was a deserving winner.

“Post offices play such an important role in our communities, providing our customers with ease, choice and convenience in accessing important services,” she said.

“It’s only fitting that we recognise and celebrate the wonderful service they continue to provide their customers every day, and the Baldivis Post Office has been at the heart of the local community.”
