WHEN Baldivis resident Luke Toki competed on Australian Survivor in October, he formed a special bond with fellow-contestant Jericho Malabonga.

Jericho won the Channel 10 competition and will use some of his $500,000 prize money to take Luke and his family to Disneyland in the US.

During filming in Burma, Luke said he would like to take his wife Mary and two boys Lennox and Nate to Disneyland if he won.

Now he is overjoyed Jericho will help fulfil that dream.

“He is a very giving person – very selfless,” Luke said.

“I do not like accepting gifts and feel like I have to pay him back.

“I’ve told him a thousand times – are you sure?

“But in the end I know my kids will love it.”

Luke Toki shares his exciting news on Instagram.

Jericho initially intended on just Luke’s family of four going on the trip.

“He did not want to take anything away from our holiday,” Luke said.

However, Luke and his family wanted Jericho to share in the fun and excitement.
