Baldivis bushfire given all clear by DFES

A BUSHFIRE all clear has been issued for the northern parts of Baldivis by the Department of Fire and Emergency Services.

The fire was reported just after 1pm burning in scrubland near Kulija Road, Baldivis Road and Millar Road West.

The cause is unknown and DFES reported it had been extinguished at 3.04pm.

The danger has passed but they urged residents to remain vigilant in case the situation changes.

They have also advised motorists to drive slowly and with caution as smoke may still be in the area.

No roads are closed and firefighters have since left the scene.
