The booming growth area was ranked fourth by number of complaints in 2012/13 statistics released by Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO) on Tuesday.
In the 2012/13 financial year, there were 145 complaints to telcos at a rate of 9.1 per 1000 residents in Baldivis.
The top three issues of complaints were mobile coverage, disputed bills and termination fee.

Across WA, 11,517 complaints were made to TIO while Australia-wide the complaints figure dropped to a five year low.
TIO Ombudsman Simon Cohen said telcos had improved customer satisfaction in recent years causing dropping complaints since 2008/09.
‘A clear commitment from telcos to do better by their customers, an improved industry code and a focus on compliance are paying dividends,’ he said.
