Baldivis man (29) facing multiple charges after search of property

ROCKINGHAM Detectives have charged a man with multiple offences after they executed a search warrant at a property on Stakehill Road, Baldivis yesterday .

It will be alleged that during the search they found two rooms specifically set up to grow cannabis, five mature plants and numerous clip seal bags of cannabis packaged for sale.

A 29-year-old Baldivis man has been charged with possessing a prohibited cannabis, dexamphetamine and LSD, possessing drug paraphernalia, possession of stolen or unlawfully obtained property, possession of prohibited drugs with intent to sell or supply (cannabis) and cultivating a prohibited plant with intent to sell or supply.

He will appear in the Rockingham Magistrates Court on Monday, August 1.
