ROCKINGHAM Detectives would like to speak to a man in relation to an incident in Baldivis where a seven-year-old girl was touched inappropriately.

On Sunday, December 20 last year, about 4.15pm, a man riding a black scooter with red stickers approached a seven-year-old girl who was roller skating with her brother on the footpath on Wanderer Parkway.

The man got off his scooter and approached the girl.

He inappropriately touched her before getting back on his scooter and riding off, but was later seen near Brennan Road.

The man was described as fair skinned, approximately 183cms tall with a medium build and aged between 18 and 20 years old.

He was wearing black-three-quarter shorts, a light coloured shirt, black and white shoes, sunglasses, a black and yellow hat and a necklace.

Police would like to speak to anyone who was in the area around the time of the incident who may have seen the man.
