THE fledgling Baldivis Rotary Club should be able to fly on its own shortly after Christmas.
Baldivis, which has been a satellite of the Palm Beach Rotary Club, will have the necessary 20 members to be chartered by its next meeting on November 6.
However, it will take time for the paperwork to be steered through Rotary’s bureaucratic channels and chartering will probably not take place until the new year.
