ROCKINGHAM Detectives have charged a 14-year-old boy after an investigation into several incidents that occurred in Rockingham and Hillman.
It is alleged during July and August of 2015 the boy approached woman on seven separate occasions while riding a bicycle and touched them inappropriately.
A boy from East Rockingham has been charged with assault, three counts of indecent acts in public and four counts of unlawful and indecent assault.
