The organisation has changed and now offers Employer Connect recruitment agency.

Chief executive Jane McWhirter said the non-profit community organisation linked quality recruits quickly with employers.

“We can help reduce job lag, the productivity drop in the period between when an employee gives notice and when their replacement is fully productive,” she said.
