A third man, their half-brother, was remanded in custody after facing court on Sunday. The men are all from Waikiki and have been charged with causing grievous bodily harm.
It comes as Mr Henrisson, a father of two, continues his recovery in Royal Perth Hospital, where he is said to be awake after initially being placed in an induced coma.
It is believed Mr Henrisson was putting his belongings into his car at about 12.10am when the three men approached him.
It is alleged one of the men punched Mr Henrisson in the face while a second struck him to the head with a baseball bat. He fell unconscious to the ground.
A person in the area at the time called an ambulance and police were informed.
At around 1.45am the same morning, the accused were located at another beach car park in Rockingham and taken into custody.
Kwinana residents offered support to the Henrisson family, setting up a gofundme page.
