The area features an outdoor timber setting, garden beds and a barbecue area.

The space is for volunteer firefighters to relax in after fires.

Next week staff will visit Baldivis Primary School to help build garden beds, outdoor furniture and a barbecue area for pupils to use as part of their kitchen classes

They will also visit Tanby College, pulling out the existing garden, and then placing a new water tank system for the school to collect and use on their vegetable gardens.

Bunnings staff will also be mulching the area surrounding and placing stepping stones.
