COLES will return to Kwinana Marketplace after a Joint Development Assessment Panel gave the $12 million revamp the green light earlier today.
It follows the City of Kwinana giving the project its blessing at council last week where the application was carried unanimously.
Construction is scheduled to begin in the second half of the year with completion earmarked for late 2017.
