Confidence ‘key skill’: Kwinana Industries Council Women’s Networking Forum

Declan ByrneWeekend Kwinana Courier

Playing host to a diverse range of professionals, the forum, held in association with National Association of Women in Operations (NAWO), was a success.

The forum welcomed two guest speakers in Megan McCracken and NAWO chairwoman Anna Dartnell. She built her career in a range of industries.

She said confidence was a key attribute in surviving in a traditionally male-dominated field.

“If you don’t have the skill of confidence, your personal abilities won’t be able to shine through,” she said.
