Police made a U-turn and activated lights and sirens and attempted to stop the vehicle.

It is further alleged the driver failed to stop and continued towards Kwinana Freeway.

The Nissan Pulsar continued through various suburbs before travelling over a stinger deployed at the intersection of St Albans Road in Baldivis.

The vehicle kept travelling south with the right hand front and rear tyres shredding.

The Nissan Pulsar was involved in a minor collision with a police vehicle at the intersection of Grange Road and Matataitai Loop in Cooloongup.

The three occupants of the vehicle were taken into custody.

No charges have been laid but it is likely the driver will face charges relating to traffic offences.
