MANGLES Bay Fishing Club sustained thousands of dollars worth of damage when copper pipe was cut from the building.
Rockingham Police officer in charge Brett Reyne said a cordless grinder was used to cut the pipe between 2pm and 4pm on Friday, May 25.
He said it was not the first time the club had been targeted.
A cordless grinder was stolen in a previous theft incident at the scene.
Senior Sergeant Reyne said it appeared a male cut the pipe and a dark blue Holden Astra, driven by a female, was at the scene at the time.
Police would like to hear from anyone who has dash cam vision on Point Peron Road.
Call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
