A FORMER Baldivis man has had his first court appearance after being charged with indecently dealing with two girls at a Baldivis Park.
Stuart Phillip Bugeja appeared at Rockingham Magistrates Court on January 30 charged with five counts of indecent dealings with a child under 13 years.
The duty lawyer said a legal application had been taken for Mr Bugeja and asked for an adjournment of four weeks and to vary his bail.
He said Mr Bugeja had now moved to Craigie.
Magistrate Vivian Edwards granted Mr Bugeja $10,000 bail with strict conditions.
He must report three times a week to Joondalup Police Station, surrender his passport, not be within a one-kilometre radius of the international or domestic airport, surrender any working with children card and not apply for one.
He must also not work with children, have no unsupervised access to children under 18, must not go within 20 metres of any primary or high school and not visit any park within Baldivis.
He is due to reappear at Rockingham Magistrates Court on February 27.
