Kwinana Freeway twin service station centres open

The 24-hour service centres, on opposite sides of the freeway, provide much-needed rest stops for drivers on the busy stretch of road. Long-haul road users are free to use the specially designed facilities for truck drivers that include showers and a lounge.

The service centres are designed to cater for peak traffic times with 128 parking bays, as well as an additional 40 bays if required.

In a first for WA, McDonald’s will be enclosed in the service centres located between Safety Bay and Mundijong roads.

They will be a strong addition to the economy with McDonald’s employing 90 staff on top of the number of staff employed by BP.
