Gunshots at Baldivis house

POLICE claim shots were fired at a house in Baldivis in the early hours of yesterday morning.

At about 2.45am police were called to a house in Rivergums Boulevard, Rivergums.

A resident of the house had woken up after hearing a noise at his front door. As he went to investigate the noise, he heard what he believed were gunshots.

The resident moved away from the front of the house and the unknown person appeared to have left the scene.

There were two other people home at the time of the incident, but no one was injured.

Detectives and forensic officers attended and examined the scene where it has been established the damage was consistent with multiple gunshots.

Anyone with information regarding this incident, or who saw or heard anything suspicious in the vicinity of Rivergums Boulevard area between 2am and 3.15am or who has CCTV footage that may assist the police investigation, should call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
