Hotel award shows Shoalwater’s Manuel Towers tops for customer satisfaction

MANUEL Towers in Shoalwater has received a Hotels Combined Recognition of Excellence award.

The award is in recognition for consistently achieving the highest standards of customer satisfaction worldwide.

A Hotels Combined spokeswoman said they had found and processed 90 opinions that guests had posted on a variety of different websites, forums and social media, resulting in a score of 10 out of 10.

“Manuel Towers now represents the top 3 per cent of hotels worldwide for customer satisfaction,” she said.

Owner Ali Nunez said she was “chuffed” to be recognised.

“Manuel Towers used to be an old deli,” she said.

“We bought it 21 years ago and opened 12 years ago.

Her husband Manuel did most of the renovations himself.
