TECH-savvy Rockingham man Paul Blyth wants to start a group to support people struggling with modern technology.
The group would teach people how to use smartphones, computers and tablets to enhance their lifestyle.
“I have a lot of friends in Rockingham who struggle to keep pace with technology,” he said.
“There is a lot of fear at the moment. I think there is a broader need for a mentor, to help with things such as paying for things online, using eftpos or operating Windows.”
Mr Blyth said often government departments asked for people to go online to fill out information and/or apply for something.
“Falling behind with technology can really impact their life,” he said.
Mr Blyth hopes to run a group to help people feel connected to society.
