Katelyn Booth, Weekend CourierWeekend Kwinana Courier

Mr Kickett joined nearly 100 job seekers at the Aboriginal Unemployment Forum in Kwinana on Wednesday.

The forum was designed to help link job seekers with employers, including resource giants Woodside, Rio Tinto and Mondaelphous.

Mr Kickett, who has been unemployed for the past 10 months after his casual position at BHP ended, told the Courier the forum would provide much-needed opportunities.

More than 20 companies took part in the forum.
