Joshua Bolton arrested in Baldivis, police make charges

A 26-year-old man Armadale detectives were looking for in relation to stalking and other related incidents was located in Baldivis today.

An alert seeking the whereabouts of Joshua David Joseph Bolton was issued yesterday afternoon.

Armadale detectives arrested Mr Bolton in Baldivis about 8:30am this morning.

Detectives will allege the offences of stalking, damage and breach of violence restraining order occurred between March 21 and 25 in the South Metropolitan District.

Mr Bolton was charged with aggravated stalking, three counts of breaching a violence restraining order, criminal damage, possessing prohibited drug (methamphetamine) and assaulting a public officer.

Bail was refused and he will appear in Armadale Magistrates Court tomorrow.
