Kwinana Arts Festival provides weekend of fun

THE Kwinana Arts Festival starts Friday and runs all weekend.

The aim of the youth and family friendly free event is to raise awareness of mental illness.

The event features performances and workshops in music, film and dance. There will also be inspiring speakers.

For children there will be a bouncy castle, face painting and movie screenings of The Goonies and Frozen.

The festival is presented by Bridging the Gap, Lifeway Centre and Passionate Lives.
