Bertram and Orelia fires believed to be deliberately lit

DETECTIVES from the Arson Squad’s Strike Force Vulcan are seeking the public’s assistance with their investigation into a number of scrub fires in Bertram and surrounding areas between Monday, November 21 and Friday, December 23.

The fires are being treated as suspicious and are believed to have started along pathways in the areas of Bertram, Orelia, Anketell and The Spectacles.
