MAKING things official will be the order of the day at the new Lakelands Shopping Centre next week.
Lakelands features big supermarkets such as Coles, Kmart and Aldi along with a selection of smaller speciality stores.
After officially opening on June 21 more celebrations will continue on Thursday June 29 and Saturday July 1.

The following activities have been organised for each day:
Thursday June 29 The Food Truck Park Event is back from 6pm-9pm, including a Kids Game Zone, live music and four food trucks to cater to every taste.
Saturday July 1 Live Broadcast from Lakelands from 10am-2pm with local radio station, 97.3 Coast FM. Later the Lakelands Outdoor Cinema will provide free screening of Night at the Museum, with the outdoor bar serving snacks and drinks from 6pm-9pm.
