A LEDA woman climbed on to a roof before being arrested and charged with a string of offences after leading police on a chase through Belmont last night.

About 11pm, police saw a red Holden Captiva run a red light at the corner of Hardy Road and Great Eastern Highway.

Police alleged the driver failed to stop, before stopping only to start driving on the wrong side of the road.
