Look what the cat dragged in: Secret Harbour mum finds angry dugite in house


A SECRET Harbour mum got the shock of her life when she found a snake inside her house this morning.

Carolann Lawrence believes her cat Mr Joshua brought the juvenile dugite into her home.

Ms Lawrence caught the angry danger noodle in a box before she called a snake catcher.

Luckily, all three of Ms Lawrence’s children were at school at the time.

The snake relocator successfully returned the dugite to its natural habitat.

This isn’t the first time Mr Joshua, a Bengal cat, has brought wildlife into the home either. A few weeks ago he brought Ms Lawrence a planigale – a small Australian marsupial.
