Mr Avion, who has autism, received the tricycle after a $1500 donation from the Noranda and Bayswater community branches of Bendigo Bank.

TADWA’s customised aids and equipment manager John Otago said he hoped the trike would improve Mr Avion’s life.

“TADWA Freedom Wheels is about giving a person with a disability the ability to enjoy a newfound sense of fun and independence,” he said.
