A How to Safe-Proof your Home Against Mental Health Issues meeting will be held in Mandurah on Thursday.

The Rotary Mental Health Community Initiative will offer participants with strategies to build a safe, open and supportive culture at home.

The meeting will also provide information on local mental health services.

The aim is to reduce the incidence of mental health problems in the community.

Services involved in the event include 4dads, 4families, RUAH community mental health services and Child and Parent Place Dudley Park.
