Monster treat for blood donors

Winter illnesses continue to affect donor bookings across WA.

To entice donors through the doors this winter, the Red Cross is claiming to have Australia's best biscuit as a treat to help donor's refuel after giving blood.

The 60g treat is loaded with milk chocolate pieces, supplied by the Byron Bay Cookie Company, with endorsements by Aussie chefs and even the Cookie Monster.

Donating takes about an hour, including time for a cuppa and biscuit.
