The City of Rockingham is proposing to build two new toilets at the Grice Reserve in Settlers Hills, pending public consultation in 2013-14, and at planned sports grounds in Parkland Heights Estate off Eighty Road.
According to the Federal Government’s National Public Toilet map, there are 21 public toilets in the City of Rockingham including beach toilets, petrol stations and shopping centres.
Rockingham Mayor Barry Sammels said currently there were public toilets at Arpenteur Park and two ‘small out-houses’ at Baldivis Reserve, Fifty Road.

Cr Sammels said an average toilet block was expected to cost about $20,000 a year to operate.
