A NEW childcare centre is in the pipeline for Baldivis.

The centre, at the corner of Eighty Road and Amberley Drive, is in Frasers Property Australia’s Baldivis Grove estate.

The centre is being developed by the Folkestone Education Trust and will be operated by childcare service provider Foundation Early Learning.

Frasers Property Australia general manager residential WA Stuart Gardiner said the new centre would cater for more than 100 children from infants to pre-kindy and be a highly sought-after addition to the neighbourhood.

“The building has been designed by award-winning architects Chaney Architecture and boasts an innovative design that will establish it as a landmark building within the estate,” he said.

The City of Rockingham issued development approval for the new childcare centre at its meeting on January 24.

It is expected to begin operating from February next year.
